In 2023, the San Francisco 49ers running back proposed to the model and former Miss USA and Miss Universe, and she said yes! Olivia Culpo revealed the proposal on Instagram, sharing the news with their followers.

The couple had been together for nearly four years when McCaffrey popped the question during a getaway in Utah, presenting Culpo with a ring designed by Ring Concierge. Their pup Oliver Sprinkles was even present for the special moment!
