The Packers made progress in signing their rookie class today by finalizing a deal with second-round safety Javon Bullard.
Bullard played high school football at Baldwin HS (GA) and continued his career at Georgia. He had a successful college career and decided to declare early for the 2024 NFL Draft after showing promise as a top safety prospect.
In Green Bay, Bullard is expected to play alongside Xavier McKinney to fill the roles left by departing starters Darnell Savage and Jonathan Owens. The Packers also added depth to the safety position by drafting Evan Williams and Kitan Oladapo in later rounds.
With Bullard signed, the Packers now only need to finalize a deal with first-round offensive tackle Jordan Morgan from Arizona. Here is a summary of the rest of the drafted players:
