Last offseason, Patriots standout pass rusher Matt Judon entered contract negotiations knowing he was approaching a contract year. He began camp with a limited participation “hold-in” to express dissatisfaction with the negotiations. According to Karen Guregian of MassLive, Judon will once again be present, unwilling to compromise current earnings for future potential.

The negotiations remain unresolved, with Judon’s recent minimal participation possibly reflecting his discontent with the contract situation. Coach Jerod Mayo mentioned Judon’s sporadic presence at the facility, but the reason remains unclear.
