Broncos RB Javonte Williams is in his second season after recovering from knee ligament injuries. Williams is feeling good during organized team activities as he works to get back into top form.

“I feel really good,” Williams said, as reported by Jon Heath of the Broncos Wire. “Another year in the system and playbook, so I’m really starting to understand everything and focus on the details.”

“Yes, I’m improving every day. [I’m] making progress and doing my best to help the team,”

Chargers

Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh praised QB Justin Herbert‘s performance in his recent conditioning test, mentioning his strength and athleticism that could allow him to play in different positions.

“The conditioning test was impressive,” Harbaugh said, as reported by Bridget Condon of NFL Network. “He aced the test last Thursday. His athleticism and strength are remarkable. He could excel as a tight end or edge rusher.”

Raiders

Responding to critics suggesting the Raiders needed a starting right tackle in the 2024 NFL Draft, OT Thayer Munford Jr. emphasized his focus on his performance and the trust the team has in him entering his third NFL season.

“I do pay attention to some criticism, but ultimately, they’re not here,” Munford said, as reported by Paul Gutierrez of ESPN. “I believe in my abilities and the team believes in me. I’m determined to prove myself.”

Raiders HC Antonio Pierce assured Munford that the right tackle position is his to earn.

“He works incredibly hard,” Pierce said. “He’s in great shape and has a competitive edge. He’s doing well and has the opportunity to make the position his own.”

Raiders OC Luke Getsy mentioned that Munford has played at both tackle spots but focusing on the right tackle position will benefit the team.

“Having experience on both sides is valuable,” Getsy said. “Learning the right tackle position early on will only make him better in our system.”
