Three players were listed under DID NOT PARTICIPATE: A.J. Brown, Reed Blankenship, and Sydney Brown.
Not good that A.J. Brown and Reed Blankenship haven’t been able to practice this week. Doesn’t bode well for their chances of playing. We’ll see if they can get any work in on Saturday’s final practice session.
If Blankenship can’t play, it could be Avonte Maddox who starts at safety next to Kevin Byard. Maddox has been repping there in practice this week. The Eagles could also look to call up practice squad defensive backs Tristin McCollum and Mekhi Garner to have depth behind the starters. Bradley Roby figures to play at nickel cornerback if Maddox is at safety.

One player was listed under LIMITED PARTICIPATION: Britain Covey.
If Covey can’t play, the Eagles will need a new punt returner. And he won’t be as good as Covey.

Three players were listed under FULL PARTICIPATION: Jalen Hurts, DeVonta Smith, D’Andre Swift, and Darius Slay.
After not throwing much on Thursday, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was said to be more active as a passer during the media-attended portion of Friday’s practice. Being upgraded to full go is certainly a step in the right direction … but one must wonder how his accuracy and ball security could be impacted by his finger injury. This is good news even after a loss, Jalen Hurts’ stats remained positive.

Tristan Wirfs was upgraded after being listed as DNP on Thursday due to illness.
Chris Godwin did not practice for partial maintenance reasons.
