The Eagles haven’t experienced game action in close to 40 days, but one of the NFL’s most popular teams remains in the headlines for the wrong reasons. News about Philadelphia’s NFL team always grabs attention, and over the past three weeks, it’s been nonstop fodder and embarrassing scenarios. Whether it be the overhauled coaching staff, rumors about Jalen Hurt’s temperament, or Nick Sirianni’s inability to manage his temper without Dom DiSandro, the Eagles are engulfed in a circus of celebrity gossip and hit pieces.
According to sources: Jalen big contract-pulled in numerous directions on/off field put him under a lot of pressure he didn’t handle well ..Big Dom suspended-controls Sirianni emotions on sideline, in his absence Nick gets in numerous arguments with players/coaches during games — Derrick Gunn (@RealDGunn) February 21, 2024
The latest confusion centers around A.J. Brown’s Twitter/X page and whether or not Philadelphia’s All-Pro pass catcher is controlling his tweets after a post criticizing Eagles media was sent out.
Philly media is so lame. It’s literally something everyday. Then the fans be believe the bs. They really should start raising the prices of microphones and cameras because you people will say anything for views. I see why nobody likes us because we don’t even like us. #RealityTV — AJ BROWN (@1kalwaysopen_) February 22, 2024
The @1kalwaysopen_ social media page has 260,000 followers, and it’s the account most media members and fans view as credible whenever Brown supposedly sends out a tweet. The confusion ratcheted up even more when Brown hopped on Instagram and denied sending out the tweet while stating that whoever made the comments was accurate and “cooking” with his thoughts.
Social media reacts to everything, and the new drama surrounding Brown is expected to continue as the free agent frenzy gets even closer.

If that is indeed AJ Brown tweeting that: he’s not wrong. If that is someone else using AJ Brown’s account to tweet that: he’s not wrong. I don’t see the problem here ?😂 — Charles “Chux” Maranan (@ChuxMaranan) February 22, 2024

There is no way everyone is this dense right ? It’s literally AJ Brown tweeting from his own account. It always was AJ Brown. Nobody hacked him The only reason he said that his account got hacked was so he could speak his mind without receiving any repercussions from the NFL. https://t.co/cKLII6tpAj — Josh Sweat Truther (@EaglesBurna) February 22, 2024

The @WIPMiddayShow continued the culture vs. talent conversation. Giglio: “Eagles’ biggest issue is talent. Everyone is looking for an excuse as to why they maybe fell apart.” Hugh: “Whatever the issue is with this team, it’s still unresolved and that makes me nervous.” https://t.co/6rPVKqxrpd pic.twitter.com/yzrT577Rb4 — SPORTSRADIO 94WIP (@SportsRadioWIP) February 22, 2024

“The media is different now than what it is. A writer used to have two sources, now they have no sources and there’s quotes that are just made up. There are stories that are embellished and it is for clicks. I don’t totally disagree if it is [A.J.].” — @howardeskin on this👇 https://t.co/j0C3IZaSvv pic.twitter.com/delkksDphQ — SPORTSRADIO 94WIP (@SportsRadioWIP) February 22, 2024
